About

I'm so happy to meet you!

I take pride in being a clinical social worker with a practice that is empowering; building on the already present inner strength, courage, and wisdom that each person has, though buried by trauma and pain.

Recovery is possible, and we all have the capacity for healing and happiness.  You too can be on your way to experiencing joy and hope in your life.  You deserve it.  I’ll be there every step of the way; because you matter.

When I’m not in the office, you can find me curled up with a good book, lap swimming at the community pool, walking my dogs, hiking with my family, cooking clean and nutrient dense foods, or participating in a local protest.
